Our development environment is based on Linux, Git, Gitlab, ReactJS, Python, Django. The development team works remotely and is based throughout Europe and communication is in English.

Frontend developer

Stamus Networks is looking for a frontend developer familiar with ReactJS and JavaScript. She or he will be part of the development team and will work under the responsibility of the product manager. She or he will be responsible of adding features to our data visualization and configuration interfaces. Experience in and a real taste for data visualization and infographics is highly desired.

Integration engineer

Stamus Networks is looking for an integration engineer. She or He will be part of the development team and will work under the responsibility of the product manager. He or she will work closely with the backend developers to ensure that the resilience of our software and appliances is achieved and that configuration of services is optimal. She or he will also be part of the security audit of our products and will fix issues found on the system side and provide guidelines to other developers if needed. This person will also help Quality Assurance with regards to performance testing.

QA software tester

Stamus Networks is looking for software tester. He or she will be part of the QA team and will test the work done by the development team and develop unit and functional tests. She or he will also participate in the building of performance tests of Stamus Networks Products. Experience in Python 3 and bash scripting is essential.

Sales Engineer – Eastern U.S.

As our Sales Engineer, you will be working in a customer facing role, providing pre sales support and guidance for our prospects.  You will collaborate with the sales team to recommend and develop solutions that satisfy the specific needs and challenges of prospects to earn their business.  Your subject matter expertise is critical in this consultative role.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide pre-sales assistance for opportunities with prospects and partners. Including: deployment, troubleshooting and training of Stamus Networks products.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Stamus Networks technology.
  • Work closely with prospects in the design and implementation of Stamus technology subsequent to the sale.
  • Understand prospect technical and business drivers from multiple stakeholders.
  • Due diligence research and end user consultation to define technical requirements of opportunities.
  • Experience working in an IT security business
  • Day-to-day operations and interactions will involve the following focus areas: Network Security - Firewalls, IDS / IPS, SIEM and SOAR Products, Network Flow data, and Cloud Solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • You must have pre sales experience and excellent technical knowledge within network security, including: Intrusion Detection (IDS/IPS), Network Traffic Analysis, Network Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence. (experience with Suricata is a plus)
  • Experience with conducting presentations and demonstrations.
  • Experience managing and directing the POC / Evaluation process, establishing Proof of Value.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT security solutions.
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Able to create excellent relationships with your customers and internally across Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to be challenged and a strong desire to learn.
  • Experience with network based cyber threat hunting is a plus.
  • Security certifications, CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, etc. are a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Director, Sales Engineering - Eastern U.S.

As our Director, Sales Engineering, you will drive strategic and tactical efforts supporting sales within Stamus’ tightly knit team, cross functionally, to promote and influence strategic product development to bolster sales, and most importantly, inspire customers.  In this regard, you will support and influence our go to market strategy and business development.  You will build and cultivate a team of Sales Engineers as well as develop post-sale processes and standards to ensure customer success.  You will be working in a customer facing role, providing pre sales support and guidance for our prospects.  You will collaborate with the sales team to recommend and develop solutions that satisfy the specific needs and challenges of prospects to earn their business.  Your subject matter expertise is critical in this consultative role. 

What You Will Do:

  • Recruit, train, enable, and grow the sales engineering team to effectively meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Lead the effort to put in place best practices and procedures for the sales engineering team.
  • Provide pre-sales assistance for opportunities with prospects and partners. Including: deployment, troubleshooting and training of Stamus Networks offerings.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Stamus Networks technology.
  • Work closely with prospects in the architecture and implementation of Stamus technology subsequent to the sale.
  • Understand prospect technical and business drivers from multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead by example; engage with customers to understand their most critical needs and challenges and guide SEs to present the solution that best satisfies them.
  • Enable client feedback / advisory boards to augment sales execution and drive product enhancements, while establishing and building relationships with clients.
  • Jointly own customer success, leveraging best practices and focus to ensure our customers are thrilled. Work cross functionally with counterparts in various teams to help ensure customer success.
  • Due diligence research and end user consultation to define technical requirements of opportunities.
  • Recognize and communicate technical issues and/or development requests from customers back to technical support, product management and development.

 

Qualifications:

  • You must have pre sales experience and excellent technical knowledge within network security, including: Intrusion Detection (IDS/IPS), Network Traffic Analysis, Network Detection & Response and Threat Intelligence. (experience with Suricata is a plus)
  • A thorough understanding of: Network Security - Firewalls, IDS / IPS, SIEM and SOAR Products, Network Flow data, and Cloud Solutions.
  • Experience leading and growing a sales engineering team at a major cyber security product vendor for at least 2 years
  • Experience as a sales engineer for at least 5 years and have a winning track record.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of IT security solutions.
  • Have experience using IDSs, incident response products, malware analysis or threat intelligence. Experience with SIEM and or SOAR is a plus.
  • Troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Experience with conducting presentations and demonstrations.
  • Experience managing and directing the PoC / Evaluation process, establishing Proof of Value.
  • Ablity to create excellent relationships with your customers and internally across Systems Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, etc.
